What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Purchase Orders, Checks and Money Orders.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders. Our recommendation for submitting a purchase order (this is not mandatory) is to place all the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. Fill in the billing and shipping information. When the cart asks you how you wish to pay for your order, select the option "Mailing or faxing payment." The system will generate an invoice that can be faxed with your purchase order. The comment box can be used to enter your purchase order number. For the fastest service, purchase orders should be faxed to 541-988-1008.

Security is very important to us. We use state of the art encyption methods to ensure that your privacy is maintained. The security lock should show on your browser when you are ordering anything from the website. When I put items in the shopping cart, I get a message that says my browser can't identify the website engineeringedu.com and that the website's certificate is invalid. What's happening?
Our secure website (safe shopping) certificate was purchased under www.engineeringedu.com. If you get this message, the website is probably pointing to engineeringedu.com instead of www.engineeringedu.com. Try entering www right after https:// and the problem should go away. If you aren't comfortable placing your order online, feel free to give us a call on our toll free number (877-644-6337) and we can take your order over the phone.

How do I get free shipping?
Shipping is free for any prepaid order over $175.00. Any order over $175.00 placed on our website using a credit card or PayPal will receive free shipping. You may also mail a check with your order to receive free shipping. Purchase orders don't qualify for free shipping.

How long does it take to get my stuff?
Most orders go out within 24 hours of our receipt. Transit time usually varies from 2-7 days.

Training Cancellations

  • If you cannot attend the workshop, substitutions may be made up to the day of the workshop. Just let us know.
  • 10 days or more: Cancellations received at least ten (10) days prior to the start of the workshop will receive a full refund.
  • Less than 10 days: Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the start of the workshop will receive credit towards a future workshop. Workshops are offered twice a year.

Can I donate items to a school? How is that done?
Yes, we are happy to ship your order directly to any school with a note from you. In the comments box of the shopping cart, simply ask us to include a note from you.

What is the best way to reach you?
We are normally open from 7:00-4:00 PST. However, we are a small company and not always immediately available by phone. If you get the answering machine when you call, please leave a message and someone will get back to you shortly. Most often, we return calls on the same day but occasionally we get behind and you may not hear from us until the next day.
